Dragonfly Yoga

Dragonfly Yoga is a barn studio and retreat center for healing and transformation. Dragonflies have long symbolized one's ability to change from one form to another, adapt to various physical and mental situations, and emerge anew. The iridescence of a dragonfly's wings reflects the colorful depths of the human spirit as well as the dimensions of the human body. At Dragonfly Yoga we believe our bodies and minds are ever changing, and our individual spirits are ageless, like the magical dragonfly, born and reborn over and over again in nature. In this frame of mind we have the power to heal ourselves and be transformed.

Dragonfly Yoga is located in beautiful North Sandwich, NH. The barn houses a spacious yoga studio and modest accommodations for yogis who would like to attend a yoga retreat. The picturesque mountains and peaceful woods of Sandwich, NH create the perfect location for daily classes or weekend retreats. Studio available for yoga parties, music events, workshops, gatherings, and functions throughout the year. For more information on upcoming retreats or on facility availability for your function, check the Dragonfly Yoga website. To contact Katie about retreat opportunities, current classes, or booking a function, please email her at dragonflyoga@gmail.com or call (603) 707-7529

Katie O'Connell, RYT and owner of the Dragonfly Yoga Barn in North Sandwich, has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching in the Lakes Region for six years. Trained by many world-respected yogis, Katie blends her love of Hatha yoga with an awareness of yoga's spiritual roots and seeks to make each class a sacred space where students find energy, balance, and peace within their own bodies. The intrinsic link between movement and breath define Katie's teaching style, but it is her genuine warmth and visible love of the practice that provides an inviting place for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
